46th Ward Schools Seek Medical Supplies

From Ald. Cappleman's latest newsletter:

"Our CPS schools assist students with medical necessities every day, from treating scrapes and bruises to changing feeding tubes.

Unfortunately, before the year is out, many necessary medical supplies often run out. Our local schools have given us a list of their most needed supplies. Please consider joining me in supporting our local ward schools with a medical supply donation - you can drop off items at my ward office or order them online through our Target registry.

Many thanks to you and our sponsors, Uptown United and Target!"

  1. it is sad isn't it that we are at a point where we need to donate medical supplies to our schools? we need to seriously review where our tac money goes.

  2. Not only medical supplies, paper and pen supplies too. The budget just cannot accommodate every classroom, even though the city is losing students.
