Yum! Fourteen restaurants will be participating in the second Thai Food Festival, to be held on Irving Park Road on Saturday, August 17th (11am - 10pm) and Sunday, August 18th (11am - 9pm).
Additionally, there will be music by a local Thai band, cooking classes, a fashion show, kick boxing exhibition, and more, all with a distinct Thai flavor.
The fest will take place in Thorek Hospital's large parking lot on the south side of the street at 851 West Irving Park Road.
A donation is requested for entry and will be very much appreciated. The festival is sponsored by TARA (the Thai-American Restaurant Association of Illinois).
Additionally,
- Wristbands are required for alcohol purchases
- No outside food or drinks allowed
- Large bags and backpacks will be searched
- Cash and credit cards will be accepted at most booth
