It seems not that long ago that a boarded-up Heilig-Meyers furniture store was at Gunnison and Broadway, but it's been twelve years (!) since Fat Cat brought new life to that corner.
In celebration of its twelfth anniversary, it will celebrate with specials all week long, July 8 through July 14.
