Two New Residential Developments Set To Rise

"NEW DEVELOPMENTS WITH NO ZONING CHANGES. The following projects have not requested a zoning change, and therefore the owner can build on the property as of right.

Only developers requesting a zoning change are required to meet with the community and receive approval from the local alderman.
