Jesus Guerrero, Age 75, Found - Help Needed Finding His Home and Family (UPDATED: Canceled)

Update: The CPD canceled this alert on Saturday afternoon, so presumably Mr. Guerrero is back home.

Original post: Does anyone know Jesus Guerrero? He is 75 years old and was found by the Chicago Fire Department wandering on the 2900 block of Lawrence.

He is non-communicative and cannot say who his family members are or where he lives.

He was found with ID that gives an address on the 1900 block of Leland, but authorities have not been able to locate his family.

He is 5'9" and weighs 150 lbs, with salt-and-pepper hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a black jacket, black pants, a red shirt and black boots when he was found.

He was taken to Swedish Covenant Hospital for a well-being check.
