Still Waiting For Decision On Lincoln Towing...

The Tribune ran an editorial over the weekend wondering why the ICC has been taking so long to make a decision about Lincoln Towing's future.

It pointed out that it's been "almost two years since the Illinois Commerce Commission began a hearing process to determine whether Lincoln Towing — a magnet for complaints from motorists who say their cars were wrongfully towed — should have its license suspended or revoked."

Ald. Pawar added a tweet saying:

The battle against Lincoln Towing continues. I’m going to have @ChicagoBACP audit Lincoln Towing while we wait for @ILCommerceComm to decide on their license to operate. #Revoke

We agree, it's far too long since this process began. Kudos to Ald. Pawar for doing what he can while we wait for the state agency to get into gear.
