Real Estate Round-Up

  • Be a lookie-loo! Those who have been watching the gut rehab of 848 West Junior Terrace over the past year are invited to see what has been done to the six-bedroom 1905 classic. There will be a neighborhood open house between noon and 2pm on Saturday, September 16th, so you can see what was going on behind closed doors before it goes on the market. After years of neglect, this beauty shines again. Drinks and snacks will be served.
  • 928 West Cullom, which neighbors voted against rezoning, is on the market again. Know anyone looking for a 6100sf home? Guide them here.
  • The late businessman and activist Chuck Renslow's home at 4535 North Beacon recently sold. It's truly the end of an era.
  • To our north, the Edgewater Historical Society will be holding its annual Edgewater Home Tour on Sunday, September 17th. Details are here.
