There's a lot going on this Saturday at the Bezazian Branch Library, located at Magnolia and Ainslie:
At 11am, there will be a talk about the Uptown Theater, its history, and its future:
At at 2pm, the Chicago-based author of the much-acclaimed novel Once We Were Brothers will lead a discussion about the book. Ronald Balson is an attorney/author and has been compared to John Grisham.
Branch Librarian Mark Kaplan says, "It is a quick and fantastic read and there are still some copies available---we'd love to see you for any and all of these special programs."
Like all Chicago Public Library programs, both events are free, and open to the public.
