Wide Open Windows

What a difference new windows can make!
The corner retail space that was formerly a convenience store on the NW corner of Sheridan & Argyle has undergone quite a transformation. Last time we visited a month ago, plywood was blocking what would become the street level windows. The project is more or less complete, just waiting for a new tenant to begin a build-out.

This investment should pay in the long run by attracting quality retail for this important corner of Uptown.

  1. I hope, hope, hope the owner is working to persuade Starbucks.... I'm not a coffee drinker, but Starbucks would be a shot in the arm for this part of Uptown.

    1. There is a Starbucks on the corner of Broadway and Lawrence. I don't think another Starbucks is needed four blocks away. Uptown is definitely more creative than that!
