The Longford Group is proposing a 5 story, 24 unit condo building at 4537 N. Clark. The development would replace a one story retail building at 4537 and two story building at 4545 N. Clark. Retail spaces would remain on the first floor with 4 floors of residences above. The developer is requesting a zoning change from C1-2 to a B3-3 Transit Oriented Development (TOD).
The ever-important question of how much parking is proposed is 24 parking spaces for 24 units, 1 to 1.

The development will be discussed at the next Sheridan Park Neighbors Association Meeting at Courtenay Language Arts Elementary School on May 2 at 7PM.
A CAPS Meeting will precede the developer's presentation at 6:30PM.
