Missing Man, Shane Harris, Last Seen In Uptown

The CPD's Special Victims Unit has issued a missing persons report for Shane Harris, age 41, who was last seen on October 1st. He was seen on the 4600 block of Clifton.

He is a light-complected African-American male, and is 6'1" and weighs 165 lbs.
