Mansion At Clarendon & Buena Has A Buyer

800 West Buena, the 1917 mansion put up for sale a couple years ago by The Menomonee Club, has found a buyer. The nearly-15,000sf building, sitting on seven standard city lots, is under contract.

If the sale goes through (the asking price was a nifty $2,379,000), we are eager to see how it will be used.  With nine bedrooms and eight bathrooms, it could fit many needs. For most of its existence, it was home to The Day School, and the Smart Love Pre-School after that.
