46th Ward Zoning Committee Gives Green Light For Sheridan & Wilson TOD

Clayco's proposal for 975 W. Wilson

The 46th Ward Zoning & Development Committee met this evening at Weiss Hospital to discuss the proposal for 975 W. Wilson after tabling the proposal at the committee's last meeting in February to receive clarification on a few details.

After tonight's discussion, the development passed with a vote of 20 in favor and 2 against.
