CAPS Beat 1915 Meets Tonight, New Location At The Library

The Buena Park "Seasonal Crime Trends" CAPS meeting is now set for Thursday, October 6, at 6:30pm  at the Uptown Branch Library, 929 W. Buena.

Buena Park Neighbors has announced that the October CAPS meeting will offer a special "Seasonal Crime Trends" presentation by the Chicago Police Department. The event will NOT be at The Shift. Buena Park comprises the Chicago Police Department's Beat 1915.

At CAPS (Chicago Alternative Policing Strategy) meetings you get to talk with the police officers who work in your neighborhood and work together with the police, other neighbors, local businesses and community organizations to improve public safety and work collaboratively and constructively to make Buena Park a safer place.

Buena Park Neighbors is a 46th Ward neighborhood association of more than 200 residents, businesses and not-for-profit organizations in the nationally registered Buena Park Historic District. Its mission is to improve the quality of life for everyone in Buena Park.
