Informational meeting to hear CEDARst’s proposed plan for redeveloping the old AON building, the deck parking garage on the east side of Broadway and the lot on the SE corner of Broadway & Winona.

This is a unique case that involved one planned development across two wards (47 & 48). In late April there will be another 47th Ward/ 48th Ward community meeting to gather comments on the plan and rezoning request, and then the aldermen will make a final decision on whether or not to support this proposal.

UU Note: Cedar Street is proposing a total of 710 units in a reuse of the former AON building at 5050 N. Broadway. 107 of those units are proposed to be afforable.
