Free Income Tax Help Available Through CEP

If you need tax help and qualify, there are places to go for free tax assistance. They aid lower-income residents to file their taxes and charge nothing, thanks to a group of dedicated volunteers and professionals. As usual, the Center for Economic Progress is offering tax preparation help at Truman College, 1145 West Wilson, now through April 18th, among many other sites:

• Saturdays, 10am - 1pm (now through April 16)

• Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:30pm - 8pm (now through April 18)

• Tuesdays and Thursdays, 2pm - 8pm (now through April 14)
