100th Day of School "Re-Supply" Drive

The Friends of the 46th Ward Schools write:

"It's time again for our 100th Day of School 'Re-Supply' Drive! We're collecting a list of 10 items for schools in the 46th Ward (Brennemann, Courtenay, Disney, Greeley, McCutcheon, and Uplift). We run this drive every year around the 100th day of school to help replenish supplies that have been used up since school began.

Mid-Year Supplies Needed for 46th Ward Students:
  • copy paper
  • facial tissue
  • paper towels
  • glue sticks
  • looseleaf paper
  • dry erase markers
  • spiral or composition notebooks
  • hand sanitizer
  • disinfecting wipes
How to donate supplies:
Donations will be accepted through February and are tax deductible. Thank you again for your continued support!"

  1. Family Dollar is a great place to pick up some of the supplies requested. This weekend I was able to get 180 sheet packs of filler paper for a $1 each. Cheaper than Amazon. If you can spare it, a little goes a long way for these kids.
