Sand Bagged?


A reader says, "Is the Park District taking Montrose Beach sand away tonight?  Just saw two big trucks and little bulldozer doing it at the beach."

Anyone know if this is standard operating procedure for the winter?

    Are they taking sand to the big construction project down near Fullerton? Are they stealing sand from the poor to give to the rich?
