Last night the positive loitering crew got some fortifications, as the 19th District officers joined them for a roll call at Wilson and Broadway during the usual weekly 7pm-8pm positive loitering gig. Thank you, officers! Your presence was much appreciated!
This waste of time. Positive loitering is still loitering. As CPD loitered, gang activity was rampant in Sheridan Park - including Sunnyside Mall and Broncho Billy Playlot.
