Rehabbed Corner Storefront At Montrose and Clark


The new owners of the Coorlas buildings at the northeast corner of Montrose and Clark have turned their attention to the corner storefront, rehabbing it with a new outside pillar, new windows, new drywall, and exposed brick inside and out. It's being offered by Jameson Commercial at 312-335-3219.

Thanks to Google Streetview, a look at it pre-rehab.  Quite a difference!
