Close-up of new windows going in at 1020 W. Lawrence

Construction on FLATS No. 1020 on Lawrence is proceeding nicely. The buzz of saws and workers gutting and rebuilding the interior can be heard on the street. We also spotted new windows that are currently being installed. They appear to match the vintage windows on the second floor that are still waiting to be replaced.
You might recall that Heritage Outpost will be opening their second location in Uptown on the ground level of 1020.
