And a joint meeting between the aldermen, mayor and police to talk about the recent violence in our community:
"This shooting [5900 block of Kenmore, in Edgewater] is another example of violence that spreads between Uptown, Edgewater and Rogers Park. Alderman Cappleman and Alderman Moore will be joining me in meeting with the Mayor and the Superintendent of Police to find ways to address the violence in our neighborhoods."
