Candea Breaks Ground On Lawrence & Clark Development

Construction equipment has moved into the lot at Clark & Lawrence
The vacant lot on the NW corner of Lawrence and Clark is going to look a lot different soon.
Candea Development has officially broken ground on their "Andersonville Gateway" project that will bring 19 condos with private yards and parking to this long vacant corner. There will be retail on the ground floor but no tenants have been announced.
This lot had been used as a staging area for the Lawrence Avenue streetscape that has since wrapped up.

    Building permits in the city have doubled since 2010 levels. I hope to see much more development in next few years.
