It's a heartbreaker. Buena Park Neighbors had had to cancel its traditional Safe Trick or Treat Extravaganza that was supposed to take place tonight, due to weather conditions that made it impossible for it to continue safely.
A lot of work went into it and we feel terrible for the kids and volunteers who were looking forward to another exciting Halloween.
