Now it makes sense.
In July, we saw the purple fence go up at the old Pollo Loco lot at Wilson and Sheridan. We, and others, questioned why it was ... so .... purple.
Now that the Cedar Street logos have gone up, the "official color" makes sense. Glad to know that the lot is actively being marketed now and not just sitting there until the lease with El Pollo Loco runs out.
You can see the listing for this property (4557 N. Sheridan) as well as all of the other Cedar Street properties available in Uptown and the surrounding areas here.

Anything but a beauty salon
ReplyDeleteHow could the lease be active?
DeleteWish they would authorize more mixed-use developments with residential space on top of the retail. But for what it's worth, I'd take a pizza place, vienna beef hot dogs, or Chipotle for food. TJ Maxx/Marshall's or Plato's Closet for fashion. Guitar Center or GameStop type of store (something other than these chains, but general idea) for hobbies.
