PEGASUS presents HOT SAUCE JESUS

July 29th at 7:30 pm -- a staged reading for the Something Incredibly Marvelous Festival
Rollins' new play follows the co-owner of a south side Chicago WingZings under pressure to sell to the new church overtaking his neighborhood. Soon, Christ imagery on the wall from gunshot exploded hot sauce and an employee mysteriously bleeding from his hands and feet poses more complications for the debt-ridden proprietor.
HOT SAUCE JESUS explores contemporary concepts and ideas about religion, faith, and gentrification. Featuring: McKenzie Chinn, Yadira Correa, Steve Pickering, Tommy Rivera-Vega, André Teamer, Vince Teninty
