    There are 5 permits filed from Montrose to Wilson if you know where to look.

    They cover the Gerber Building restoration, Wilson Auxiliary Entrance, Wilson Main Entrance, Sunnyside Entrance, and Montrose Ave portion of property.

    Anyone know where final plans could be found? How much of the structure is being replaced; just to Wilson, to Sunnyside, or all the way to Montrose? I would love to see some final plans and/or renderings now that this is finally happening.
