Any developers/rehabbers looking for a cool place to open a business? This 1800 sq. ft. building at 4629 N. Broadway has always been one of our faves. It features Indian Chief faces in terracotta on both sides of the facade. As you can see, time has not been kind to it, but we hope someone can put some time and money into it and bring this building back to its old self.
