Last week, we posted that the owner of the building that housed Borders, at Racine and Broadway, is donating about 100 bookcases left over from the bookstore's time there.
There was a tremendous response to the post, and about 80 percent of the bookcases have been re-homed. If you are interested in any of the remaining stock, please contact jmintzer@saxonycap.com. They must be picked up on Saturday, between 9am-11am, and claimants are responsible for their own moving and transportation arrangements.
