Buena Park Man Dies After Being Struck On Interstate

A sad story about a Buena Park resident:

A Chicago man died this morning after walking into traffic on Interstate-80/94 in Hammond earlier this month and being struck by a vehicle, officials said.  Talgat Orumbayev, 23, of the 4100 block of North Broadway, was declared dead at 4:54 a.m. at Loyola University Medical Center, according to the Cook County medical examiner's office.
