Ward Night, Al Fresco CAPS, and Jack The Giant Slayer: Clarendon Park Rocks Tonight

Clarendon Park is the place to be on Wednesday night.

• Ward Night will take place in front of the Clarendon Park Fieldhouse, 4501 N Clarendon.  If you'd like to talk to Ald. Cappleman, he'll be there between 5pm and 7pm.

• Beat 1914 CAPS (Montrose to Lawrence, lake to Broadway) will have its monthly meeting in front of the fieldhouse at 7pm.  "This month's CAPS Meeting for Beat 1914 will be held Wednesday 8/14 at 7pm, in front of the Clarendon Park Fieldhouse (Clarendon and Sunnyside). Come early to chat with the Alderman, stay for the CAPS meeting!  As you know, this monthly CAPS meeting is your opportunity to talk with the police officers that work in our community, representatives from the Alderman's office and other community resources, and your neighbors about public safety issues."

• At 8pm, it's Movies in the Park, with Jack the Giant Slayer being presented free of charge.  Bring a blanket or a chair and some goodies to munch on.
