Shermain Miles Found Sane, Will Stand Trial

Shermain Miles was in court this morning and was found to be legally sane, and fit to stand trial for several charges she's racked up while on parole for armed robbery.

She remains in prison for parole violations while awaiting trial for these new charges.

According to the Sun-Times:  "A trial date has not yet been set for Miles most recent misdemeanor cases, but Miles’ public defender Friday told Judge Marvin Luckman that she hopes to reach an agreement to avoid a trial."
