If you've got kids, you'll want to check out Chicago's Summer of Learning, where over 100 organizations are providing hands-on learning opportunities for children of all ages, particularly in science, technology, engineering, arts, and math. Locally, Alternatives, Boys & Girls Club, People's Music School, Kuumba Lynx, the Park District, and Chicago Public Library are taking part, and there are organizations all across the city as well.
