"Story Club, Chicago’s premier open mic for stories, is back for more storytelling fun on Thursday, March 7th at Holiday Club in Uptown (4000 N Sheridan Rd, just a half block from the Sheridan Red Line Stop).
Open mic sign up starts at 7:30. Bring an original, first-person excerpt of your work (either fiction or nonfiction) and sign up for a chance to perform in one of our THREE open mic slots. We want to hear from you!
Show starts at 8. Theme: In Like a Lion. Featured performers: Producer Ray Teresi and Moth Host & “Angry White Guy,” Don Hall
Come for the stories, stay for the stories! Vote for your favorite performer at the end of the evening and see who wins! Winners are published on the Story Club website.
