The former Bedding Experts store at Clark and Winnemac has been empty ever since the location packed up and moved to Wilson Yard, except for a brief stint as a seasonal Halloween store.

An observant reader took the photo above and says:  "I attach a picture of the former mattress store up in south Andersonville where there appears to be new paper covering the windows and it appears some basic renovations may be taking place inside.  I haven't heard anything about that building for a while, but hopefully something is good is happening there." 

South Andersonville, or North Uptown, if you prefer, has been hopping lately, as the Bongo Room and Pie Hole Pizza moved in.  We hope for something great at this prime location.
