Wayne Davis Memorial This Afternoon

Many of us were horrified to hear of the hit-and-run death of 87-year-old Wayne Davis last November.

A reader writes in to say:  "Sorry, this is really last minute. There will be a memorial today for Wayne Davis who was killed by a drunk driver on Broadway and Lawrence. It will be held at the Jesus People's Friendly Towers at 2 PM."  Mr. Davis lived at Friendly Towers, located at 920 W Wilson.

May he rest in peace, and may the ceremony bring comfort to those who knew and loved him.

    Thank you Jesus People and Friendly Towersfor hhelping us take the time to remember this gentle soul taken from us so tragically.
