Condo Buyers Workshop

Rogers Park Community Development Corporation is working with BMO Harris Bank to host a workshop for buyers looking to purchase a condo in Chicago.  This three-hour workshop was developed by RPCDC to help walk condo buyers through the specifics of Illinois condo law.

Topics discussed include legal requirements of associations, turnover of books by the developer, duties of the board of directors, assessments, annual budget, and rights and responsibilities of owners. This informative workshop will fulfill requirements set out by many lenders, the City of Chicago's CPAN and CCLT programs, and is FREE.
