CAPS Beat 1913 Meeting Postponed A Week

Ald. Cappleman tweeted:  "The 1913 Beat mtng at Truman is rescheduled to Nov 13 at 7pm due to elections."  So it will be held at Truman College, 1145 W Wilson, on Tuesday, November 13th, at 7pm.

Because of the murder right across from the meeting location, we're betting the meeting will be heavily attended.  Although it's normally held the first Tuesday of the month, the fact that Truman College is a polling place for the federal election that day forces its postponement.

Beat 1913 is the area bordered by Broadway, Montrose, Clark and Lawrence.
