Our neighbors at Baker & Nosh (1303 W Wilson) are getting into the Halloween spirit, giving away treats to kids, their adult companions, and even their staff:
- "We will be handing our Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookies for the trick-or-treaters from 4-7pm on Halloween.
- LaColombe will be out front with free coffee for the parents from 4-7 as well! That way the parents get a treat too.
- Starting Monday, October 29th, we will be having a pumpkin carving contest for our employees. All of our staff will have a carved pumpkin on display in the store. The winner will be determined by our customers and will get a 50.00 gift certificate for dinner at the restaurant of their choice. We will also post pics online for our Facebook fans to vote as well."
