Early Voting Begins Monday, October 22nd

Here's the skinny on early voting for the general election on November 6th, from Rep. Greg Harris's latest newsletter:

"Early Voting for the November 6, 2012

General Election will be offered from Monday, October 22 through Saturday, November 3.   Voters registered in the City of Chicago may use any Early Voting site in the city, regardless of where the voters live. Ballots cast in Early Voting are final. After casting ballots in Early Voting, voters may not return to amend, change or undo ballots for any reason.

All 51 locations will be open Monday through Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. For information on voting locations, visit Early Voting or call our office 773-348-3434."

  2. That's great Nickey or Barry or Wiseguy or ? You change your screen name more than Romney changes his positions. Romney changes his positions more than a twenty dollar hooker. Don't ask how I know this.

I'm voting for Obama twice, plus my dogs Beezle and Bub are voting. That's four Obama votes to your vote for the hairking.

Remember a few weeks back after the first debate you were crowing?

  3. You know that won't get you four times the free stuff, right? Best to just stay at home and watch Dr. Phil.

  4. Luke,

I always enjoy hearing from a man who gets his news from the monitor at the gas station and Fox News.

Perhaps you and Nickey can get together to watch the next debate.
If you can find him. The joy of having "The Mob Doctor" filmed near him might be too much for him to take.

I'll be watching the debate on my Obama phone.

  5. I expected a nonsensical Fox News reference...but gas station monitors? Really? Where do they even have those around here?

Next time Mom's driving you around and she pulls in to fill up, stop tweeting on your Obamaphone for ten seconds and look up.

  6. Okay, you've both gotten your licks in, boys. Unless Obama and Romney are coming to Uptown -- and only one has -- can we concentrate on local matters?

  9. I believe Pres. Bush stopped at that school by the fine Chateu Motel on Sheridan & Broadway several yrs ago. They cleaned up the area before his visit. Would be nice if Obama visited Uptown. Oh I gotta go with Nicky, Vote Romney!

  10. You wish Obama would come to Uptown? Did this somehow escape your notice?

And now, AmericanLT, you have confirmed that you are who I've suspected you are. (It was the doggie comments that gave you away...) It's cool. ;-)
