This long downtrodden part of the city finally has great leadership and keeps moving forward in the right direction. This is important for the whole northside of Chicago especially those areas adjacent to the Lake which ALL are seeing a wonderful renaissance right now including NOH (North of Howard) which still is the roughest but still slowly improving.
Good job Ald. Cappleman!!!
