Quite a few readers heard a loud "BOOM" around 10:45 Saturday night. Usually that's a transformer blowing, but we haven't gotten any reports of what it was. Seems to have been heard from Clarendon Park to Sheridan Park. Anyone know?
We heard it ans it scared the sh*t out of us. It was set off at Agatite and Sheridan. When we went out to look, we saw some smoke moving west from behind Maryville. We went out to explore and saw nothing! There was a gentleman out there as well with a flashlight and he couldn't find any evidence of what it was either. It set off quite a few car alarms. It sounded like an M-80 of half stick set off in a garbage can.
