A new way to look at the news! Come see a staged reading of a new play based on the lives and stories of homeless people who are in residence at Cornerstone Community Outreach, a homeless shelter in Uptown. (Running time approx 45 minutes)

  • WEDNESDAY, APRIL 25th, 5:00 pm
    Cornerstone Community Outreach
    4628 N Clifton Street
  • THURSDAY, APRIL 26th, 1:30 pm
    Columbia College Chicago
    1104 S Wabash
ALL ARE WELCOME! Please come - find out more about the lives and stories of homeless men, women and children, and participate in the creation of a new theatre script. We would love to hear your feedback!

  1. I think two words can sum up 90% of the homeless population. Addiction and/or mental illness that is not being treated.

  2. No collection of people can be "summed up" that easily, really. Even the men, women and children who are homeless. That's why this project holds importance. I hope you will come.
