If the dog was licensed, the police would already know who the owner was. I doubt anyone will be contacting the police anytime soon as they probably have a fist full of citations and fines waiting for them. It's bad enough they lost their dog.Just saying.
They are looking to talk to the owner of the larger dog, not the owner of the dog that was killed.
I wrote to you at Uptown update on March 17th describing the man with his pit bull and I followed the guy for a half an hour, another person and I called the police repeatedly and the calls were ignored. No one came. I could not find police on the street. The man threatened me. I am saying that pit bulls should not be allowed on the beach. And people with small dogs should be careful. The man was stocky, white, had no neck, short cropped hair about 35 and very crude in speech and manner.
