Alexander Kartzmark is diagnosed as bipolar and suffers from depression and post traumatic stress disorder. His family has indicated that he is in need of medical intervention and medication. He walked away from the Margaret Manor Nursing Home in the 900 block of West Cullom on February 1, 2012. He may have plans to travel by bus or train to the State of Oregon.
