This scam targeting seniors hasn't moved to the 23rd District, but it's all around us and will no doubt move into Uptown if the cops don't arrest these guys first. Warn your elderly neighbors about letting anyone they don't know into their home. And if anyone comes to your door pulling this scam, politely say "no" and dial 911 pronto.
