Yoga With Jillana -- Fall Session

We realize this is out of Uptown now, but Jillana has quite a local following thanks to her Chase Park lessons, so we are running this as a service to her local clientele.

"I hope you have had a wonderful summer! I certainly have! And I've found a wonderful spot to practice yoga with you: Schreiber Park.

We'll meet in the garden as long as the weather holds out. Hopefully after daylight savings time, we'll have a candlelight yoga or 2. Then we'll move into the field house of this nice little park.

The address for the fieldhouse is 1552 W. Schreiber Ave. Chicago, IL 60626. It's just east of Devon and Clark, and you can park in the lot behind Devon Hardware. The field is the sunny garden next to Devon Hardware just east. Lots of trees, grass and blooming sunflowers.

Due to popular request, class will take place on Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30PM. We'll start this Wednesday, Sept 14 and meet each Wednesday but one, perhaps, until 11/17/11. I hope to be cooperating with another fine Anusara-based yoga teacher in such a way that all 10 sessions may be available instead of 9!

As usual, I'll have those green yoga mats for your base outside and in, and nicer ones for you practice, as well as all props. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothes and prepare to take off your shoes!

Please email me to enroll. We'll need at least 10 people to enroll for the class to run. Cost is $60 for 9-10 classes. I can't wait to see you all again! We'll climb to new heights and thoroughly enjoy ourselves.
