A reader writes in: "I was in my living room this morning and heard a lot of voices getting closer. I looked out my window and saw what I'd guess to be 50 to 60 cyclists coming down my street (Winthrop). Must have been the
Uptown Bike Tour. There were kids, a recumbent bike or two, balloons, and music. Looked like a fun way to spend a beautiful morning. This is the Uptown I love and why I choose to live here."
