Looks like the brick walkways along Clark are the last part of the streetscape project that started last year. In the photo, they were installing the bricks on Montrose. They're already in place at Wilson and Leland, and the pedestrian crossings have been prepared at Sunnyside and Lawrence.
Shameless plug for Chicago Wushu Guan that is pictured in the background...one of the best schools in Chicago to learn traditional kung fu. The owner Daniel Pesina is a fantastic instructor.
