Richard M. came to the 48th Ward (Edgewater playlot) a couple weekends ago, and will be visiting the Lakeview portion of the 46th Ward on Friday. Any word on a 47th Ward appearance?We have to laugh that the Mayor is hitting all three of Uptown's wards without ever stepping a foot into Uptown. No soup for you!
